Three ways to book
Pick the size of the visit, not a vague hourly guess. You know the number before Marc shows up.

Book Quick FixThe list on the fridge. Most people batch four to eight small items into this one and clear the whole thing.

Materials, specialty hardware, equipment rentals, disposal and other job-specific expenses may be additional where they apply, and are discussed with you before anything is bought.

What Marc handles
Small projects, honey-do lists, repairs and maintenance. If it isn't on here, ask — and if it's outside what I'm able to do, you'll be told that straight.
Painting and touch-ups
Rooms, ceilings, trim and doors, plus the spots the last painter missed. Cut in clean, covered properly, cleaned up the same day.
Drywall and cosmetic patching
Nail holes, dents, dings, anchor holes and the crack over the doorway. Patched, sanded and painted so you can't find it afterward.
Mounting and hanging
TVs, mirrors, artwork, shelving, curtain rods, blinds and decor. Into studs and the right anchors, level and square, so it holds.
Assembly
Furniture, playsets, grills, storage racks, garage shelving. The flat-pack that's been in the box since spring.
Doors, cabinets and hardware
Doors that stick, drag or won't latch. Cabinet doors that hang crooked. Knobs, pulls, hinges, handles, house numbers and mailbox posts.
Caulking and weatherstripping
Tubs, showers, sinks, counters, baseboards and windows re-caulked. Door sweeps and weatherstripping replaced before the cold gets in.
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
Driveways, walkways, patios, siding and fences. The kind of before-and-after that makes the whole house look newer.
Fences, posts and small exterior repairs
Fence staining, gate adjustments, loose pickets and posts, mailbox posts and other straightforward outdoor fixes.

Text it, photograph it, or fill out the form. It doesn't have to be organized and nothing on it is too small.
Get your price
You hear back with which visit fits and what it costs, before anything is scheduled.
Book the visit
Pick a day. You get a window you can plan around and a text when Marc is on the way.
Final walkthrough
We walk the completed work together before the visit is closed out. If something needs additional attention, we'll agree on the next step before I leave.

One trip when it can be one trip
The list gets read before the visit, so the truck shows up with the right parts instead of costing you an afternoon at the hardware store.
The price comes first
You know which visit you're booking and what it costs before anything starts. Materials and job-specific expenses are discussed before they're bought.
The work area is cleaned before I leave
Normal job debris is removed. Larger haul-away or disposal may be quoted separately.

Metro Detroit — Oakland and Wayne County, concentrated in the communities below. If you're just outside one of these, ask anyway.
Questions
Three visit sizes: Quick Fix at $125 for up to an hour, Honey-Do Visit at $250 for up to three hours, and Honey-Do Half Day at $375 for up to five hours. Materials, specialty hardware, rentals and disposal may be additional where they apply, and you hear about those before anything is bought.
Send the list and you'll be told which one fits before you book. One or two small items is usually a Quick Fix; a fridge list is usually a Honey-Do Visit; a room to paint or a house to pressure wash is usually a Half Day.
No. A single sticking door is a fine reason to call. Batching a few things into one visit gets you more out of the trip, but one item is still a job.
I do not perform electrical, gas, HVAC, plumbing-system modifications, or other work requiring specialty licensing. If your project requires a licensed trade, I'll let you know upfront so you can hire the appropriate licensed contractor.
Usually the same week, sometimes sooner if the schedule opens up. Exterior work in spring and fall books out further, so call early for that.
